Reiki is very gentle and safe, treating or easing a variety of ailments, including mental, emotional and physical conditions. It works well at a distance.

Not only can it heal or help people at a distance geographically, it can also be used to heal or help at a distance in Time. We can go back to long-past incidents and bring some healing to them. Or we can go ahead to an event you are anticipating or worrying about, and work to make it easier or more positive for you.

This is by no means an exhaustive list! Reiki has had a beneficial effect on minor ailments, as well as more serious conditions such as heart disease or cancer. It has worked well in alleviating side effects of chemotherapy or other conventional medical treatments such as in healing post-operatively.

Reiki works alongside regular medical or psychological treatment and if you have a medical or psychological condition, I must recommend that you see a licenced health care professional in addition to having Reiki treatments. Reiki can improve the results of other forms of therapy.
